The annual Federated Health Charities Lottery has moved online to make it easier for provincial employees all across Ontario to participate! Follow the directions below to buy tickets.

Please note that lottery tickets are not available for sale in the workplace, so please purchase your tickets below – it’s quick and easy, and you’ll receive an email with your tickets to confirm your purchase.

What is the lottery and what it raises funds for?

The Federated Health Charities lottery is part of our Federated Health Charities’ annual fundraising campaign. Founded by Ontario public servants in 1983, the Federated Health Charities Campaign brings provincial employees in the Ontario Public Service, the OPP and participating government agencies together to raise funds for 21 health charities serving all Ontarians. Funds raised by the Federated Health Charities lottery goes to health education and awareness, research for better treatments and cures, and providing critical client and patient support in our communities all across the province.

Please note that tickets sales are only open to provincial employees in the Ontario Public Service, the OPP, and participating government agencies.

Ticket price and prizes

Tickets are $5.00 each plus online purchase fee (the additional fee goes towards the secure payment platform, not Federated Health Charities).

Rules of Play

– Winners will be drawn on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 12 p.m.
– Tickets will be drawn in order from 1st prize to 5th prize (i.e. $15,000, $5,000, $3,000, $1,000 and $1,000).
– Once a ticket has been drawn it will not be put back in the drum.
– Winners will be contacted immediately following the draw.
– Federated Health Charities will contact the winner immediately following the draw.
– The winners will be announced publicly as soon as all winners have been contacted.
